It was easily one of the highlights of the day. Among the typical food truck offerings, Burrata Bar stood out as a healthy and satisfying option—perfect for a quick yet nourishing meal after cycling. Their menu features tacos and burritos made to order, with tortillas grilled to perfection. What makes the experience even better is the wide variety of sauces available—from mild and creamy to bold and fiery—and a generous selection of fresh, homemade vegetable toppings. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. Service was impressively fast despite the long lines, and the staff were genuinely friendly and upbeat, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. It’s clear that they care about both the food and the customer experience. Burrata Bar is a great example of how food trucks can offer not only convenience, but also quality and flavor. I’d love to see them more often at events around Montreal—and I wouldn’t hesitate to track them down again. Highly recommended for foodies and cyclists alike!

I've tried a few different options on the menu, but the quesadillas is my go-to. I've already recommended this place to all my friends and family. This is one of my favourite burrito places and I am so so glad Ingersoll finally has one!!! I wish they had red peppers but other than that I have absolutely no complaints. Seems like they hired some awesome staff already too!
